This quarter, we are starting with a community trek to Bronzeville! The rich history of Bronzeville includes monuments of historical figures such as Ida B. Wells, the iconic Forum Hall, architecture from Frank Lloyd Wright, numerous art galleries, and restaurants. This Friday, March 22nd, we will be visiting a few amzing Black-owned businesses in Bronzeville: Carver 47, Shawn Michelle’s Homemade Ice Cream, and Boxville Marketpleace! 

This event is open to all students across schools/divisions. Sign up by Friday, March 22nd at 10am CST to reserve your spot. Please, please only reserve a spot if you are going to come, so we can prepare our partners with an accurate count, and order the right amount of ice cream!
