Join the University Community Service Center (UCSC) for our annual MLK Day of Service on Saturday, January 14, 2012, 9am-2pm. The MLK Day of Service connects U of C students, faculty, and staff to community organizations all over the city of Chicago for a day of service in honor of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This event gives participants the opportunity to experience Chicago through service while connecting with fellow students, colleagues, and community members. Service projects will include everything from assisting at animal shelters to working with local schools.
