As Executive Director of Commercial Real Estate Operations at UChicago, Phil is responsible for the development, leasing, and asset management of the University’s 600,000 square foot commercial portfolio. He has more than 12 years of real estate experience in large scale commercial and mixed-use development, acquisitions, operations, and project management. Before joining the University, Phil worked for General Growth Properties, Inc. in Development, Design, and Construction, helping to facilitate projects totaling more than $500 million is development costs. Phil received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
