Rhonda Roseboro

Assistant Director, Student-Community Partnerships

Rhonda serves as the Assistant Director of Student-Community Partnerships in the Office of Civic Engagement. Rhonda's work centers around connecting community partners to engagement opportunities various stakeholders on campus, with an emphasis on student/ community partner collaboration, and student employment via Federal Work Study and internship pathways, and student/partner cohort programming and panel discussions.

Rhonda serves as the Assistant Director of Student-Community Partnerships in the Office of Civic Engagement. 

Rhonda has been on staff at the University of Chicago for a decade, cumulatively.  During her tenure here, she has led the Office of Admissions at Chicago Harris, and the Urban Teacher Education Program, housed at the Urban Education Institute, and in Residential Life as a Resident Head. She has been recognized for her work on campus with the Harris School Staff Award, and accolades for her commitment to the holistic student experience. Currently, Rhonda's work centers around connecting community partners to engagement opportunities various stakeholders on campus, with an emphasis on student/ community partner collaboration, and student employment via Federal Work Study and internship pathways, and student/partner cohort programming and panel discussions.

When not in the office, you may find Rhonda at her child's sports events, giving back to varying Chicago communities with her sorority, attempting to learn a new language, or traveling.
